Recruiting EPIC users

Hi there,

This week has been difficult as I am in the middle of data collection for my honors thesis. However, I still have some exciting updates.

First and foremost, in the last Blog I mentioned recruiting EPIC users from the Student Clinical Opportunities for Premedical Experience (SCOPE) group. As one of the leaders and having spoken to the other directors, I am happy to announce that the partnership between EPIC Medicine and SCOPE is officially confirmed :)

SCOPErs will benefit from having an additional resource, and EPIC Medicine will benefit from having enthusiastic users. There is already a premedical enrichment curriculum so the use of EPIC Medicine to help students reflect flows quite naturally with the mission statement of SCOPE.

I also think SCOPE is a wonderful place to start because it is a well known program among premeds and our close involvement will help with EPIC Medicine publicity.

Yay- I actually will write the other happy updates in another blog.
